Clifford West was the artist who painted the murals at 3 Tomatoes. Despite hundreds of meals there, I did not know this. His wife, Bente Torjusen, just loaned one of his drawings to the Lebanon NH restaurant. Here is the story and a sneak peek.
Here is my latest review of a very moving exhibition at the AVA Gallery, just published at Delicious Line. As a child who dreamed of being a writer, I can relate. Here is the link:
I learned much about the Upper Valley Music Center, right in my own town of Lebanon NH, in writing this piece. And the 1810 historic building is gorgeous.
